| 摘 要： | 采用《综合幸福感问卷》（MHQ）对江西师范大学213住青年教师进行综合幸福感调查，并运用SPSSl8．0统计软件对调查数据进行整理、统计、分析，结果显示：高校青年教师的总体幸福感指数比较高，并且在学科、最高学历、职称及年薪收入四方面存在显著性差异。

| Abstract: | General Happiness Questionnaire is applied on 213 teachers of Jiangxi Normal University. Statistical analyses show that generally happiness index is high among young college teachers and that significant differences exist in terms of different disciplines, educational background, academic titles, and annual income. |
