摘    要:依据高职高专课程改革的理念和宗旨,对生物分离与纯化技术课程从教学内容、教学模式、教学方法、考核方式四个方面进行改革探索。实践表明:合理安排教学内容、采取“项目导向、任务驱动、学做合一”的行为导向教学模式、运用多样化的教学方法、建立科学的考核体系,可以明显提高教学效果。

Abstract:According to the concept and purpose of advanced vocational colleges,biological separation and purification technology of curriculum reform is analyzed from the teaching contents,teaching mode,teaching methods,assessment methods in four aspects.Practice shows that: the proper arrangement of teaching contents,’project oriented,task driving,a combination of study and practice’ of teaching mode,diversified teaching methods and scientific assessment methods have achieved good results.
