基于THB7128和PLC的步进电机快速定位系统设计

摘    要:论文分析了步进电机细分数对定位过程的影响,讨论了阶梯升降速及离散控制实现的步进机平缓增速方法。利用可编程控制器(PLC)的高速计算产生控制脉冲,实现步进电机的快速定位控制。实验测试结果表明:系统能实现快速定位,且性能稳定、可靠性高。

Abstract:This paper analyzes the stepper motor subdivision number on the positioning process,as well as the motor speed ladder ascending velocity and discrete processing control of stepping motor based on moderate growth in order to ensure the stability of the system,and combined with the high-speed computing power of the programmable controller(PLC) to generate a trigger pulse to control stepper motor fast and accurately;the result of practical application shows that the system is highly reliability and stable.
