摘    要:明笋加工存在传统工艺,有其独特的传统工艺特征。基于价值链理论分析,发现明笋加工传统工艺是一种凭借独特经验创作的智力成果,可以实施传承人保护、地理标志保护、商标保护、商业秘密保护及知识产权执法保护。

Abstract:The processing of dried bamboo shoots in Tonggu area in China, with its unique characters, is a traditional craftsmanship. Based on the analysis of chain value theory, the paper finds that this process is an intel-lectual creation from special and independent experiences. The protection system consists of hesitator protection, geographical indication protection, trademark protection, commercial confidentiality protection and intellectual property enforcement.
