| 摘 要： | 当前我国高校的信息公开制度与信息保密制度尚未形成良好的博弈格局,信息公开的法律依据尚不严密,信息公开相关主体的认知态度尚有较大差异,因而,体现现代大学治理结构的高校信息公开制度的构建与实施,尚需逐步推进.

| Abstract: | Currently,University's information disclosure system and the information secrecy system have not yet formed the good gambling pattern in China;the legal basis of the information disclosure is still not strict;people's cognition manners on information disclosure are quite different.Thus,the university information disclosure system's construction and the implementation that manifested the modern university governing structure still has to be promoted step by step. |
