| 摘 要： | 本试图从环境育人的新视角来论述素质教育，从分析优良环境与大学生的创新素质培养以及人素质培养之间的关系入手，阐明优良的育人环境对创造性人才培养起到熏陶，濡染，浸润的作用：潜移默化地引导学生树立正确的价值观念，锻造健康的体魄和独立的人格，增强创新意识，活跃创新思维，乐于融入群体，易于相互合作，提出高等学校营造优良人环境的三个着力点，尤其注重优良校风学风建设。

| Abstract: | Through an analysis of the relationship between the environment for training and the cultivation of creative quality and cultural accomplishment,this article points out the role of an optimal environment can play in the nurture,influence and inspiration of students and their attainment of correct values,mental and physical health,creative ability and cooperative spirit. It also indicates three important areas in the creation of a good environmentin a university. |
