| 摘 要： | 高等教育因其具有前瞻性和基础性,成为影响社会发展的强大力量,高等教育法治化因此也成为法治国家的重要内容。目前,在我国高等教育法治建设中存在着行政化倾向浓厚、法治观念缺位、法律体系不完备等诸多问题,在一定程度上制约了高等教育的发展,这些问题必须得到正视。中国高等教育应该在立法规划、立法体系和法律的实施等方面进一步加强,并在不断研究和探索的过程中逐步完善。

| Abstract: | Because of foresightedness and basic of higher education,it becomes a kind of strength which promotes social development greatly.Therefore higher education must be ruled by law.But nowadays in our country higher education is administrated by government mainly and many officials neglect law.In addition to our incomplete legal system and other questions,the development of our higher education is restricted in a certain extent.We must face these questions.We should strengthen the legislation on our higher education and enforce the law strictly. |
