体院普修课铅球技术优化组合--顺进式教学的实验研究

依照体院田径教学大纲的基本精神和学生的实际情况,对体院学生推铅球技术进行教学改革.本教法在常规教法的基础上采用优化组合教学--顺进式教学,教学结束时用高速摄影机现场拍摄学生的技术动作,结果表明本教法使学生在有限的时间内获得较大的教学效果,为今后体育院系铅球教学实际和教学改革提供参考.

Experimental Research on Optimized Combination of Shot Put Skill-Following in Order and Advancing Step by StepTeaching Method in Compulsory Courses of Physical Education Colleges

Based on the essential spirit of the track & field teaching program for physical education colleges and the actual situation of the students, the shot put skill teaching in colleges of physical education was reformed. On the basis of the general teaching method, the optimized combination teaching-following in order and advancing step by step teaching method was adopted. That is to teach sliding first, then the shot put skill in place, and then the entire skill of shot putting. At the end of the class the students' movements were taken a shoot on the spot by a high speed video camera. It was shown that by using this sort of teaching method great teaching results have been achieved within the limited hours. This sort of teaching method will provide reference for the future teaching practice and reform of shot put skill teaching in departments and colleges of physical education.
