论不同年龄段体育教师职业心理变化规律

摘    要:文章采用文献资料法、实践调查法、访谈法和心理分析法等,研究不同年龄段体育教师的职业心理差异,研究认为:青年体育教师职业心理特征为立志、顺从、自由、向上;中年体育教师职业心理特征为多思、自尊、求实、独立;老年体育教师职业心理特征为青春、安慰、留念、求乐。作为一个最优化的体育集体应由老、中、青三结合的结构,以增强其互补性。

Abstract:This thesis uses literature, summarizing experience and investigation, interview method and psychological analysis does the research of different age PE teachers professional psychological differences and finds: youth sports teachers' professional psychological characteristics are the obedient, freedom, upward; middle-aged sports teachers' professional psychological characteristics are thoughtful, self-esteem, realistic, independent; the old people's physical teachers' professional psychological characteristics are comfort, as a souvenir, for joy. As an optimization of sports collective by the old, ~reen three combination structures, in order to enhance its complementary.
