论不同年龄段体育教师职业心理变化规律

文章采用文献资料法、实践调查法、访谈法和心理分析法等,研究不同年龄段体育教师的职业心理差异,研究认为:青年体育教师职业心理特征为立志、顺从、自由、向上;中年体育教师职业心理特征为多思、自尊、求实、独立;老年体育教师职业心理特征为青春、安慰、留念、求乐。作为一个最优化的体育集体应由老、中、青三结合的结构,以增强其互补性。

On the Professional Psychological Changes Rules of Different Age P.E. Teachers
