| 摘 要： | 通过专家访谈文献资料和网上查询资料的研究，对健康、心理健康、心理健康标准、对大学生进行心理健康教育的必要、大学生心理健康状况、大学生心理疾患产生的原因、体育锻炼与心理健康以及体育教学中对大学生心理健康教育的运用，进行了分析论述并提出了一些建议。
