摘    要:通过对 17- 2 0岁参加健美操体育教学课的 16 5名女大学生进行健美操体育教学课前后两次身体素质及体质测试 ,结果表明 :经过一学期 18周 36学时的健美操体育教学课 ,受试者弹跳力、腰腹肌、上肢力量、速度、耐力等身体素质都有明显提高

Abstract:girl college students aged 17-20,taking part in colisthenics teaching exercises for 36 classroom instruction were examined to see the improvement of physical fitness and body composition Results shows that their spring ability,speed,endurance,strength of abdominal,lumbar and arm muscles were all significantly improved At the same time,body composition of eight obesity students were also obviously improved by a mean of 5 33kg (2 37% of Body fat) body fat decreased and 5 45kg lean body mass increased
