民营企业二次创业中的融资困境与思考

民营企业对社会主义市场经济的发展起着积极的推动作用,随着市场经济体制的发展,民营企业面临二次创业的契机,但民营企业的进一步发展却面临各种困难,其中融资困难是制约民营企业再次发展的瓶颈。这就要求民营企业、金融机构和政府三方共同努力,建立健全面向民营企业的金融体系和社会信用体系,积极推动民营企业融资的渠道多元化、方式市场化、手段规范化和结构合理化,从而顺利实现”二次创业”目标。

Difficulty in Financing of Non-governmental Enterprises Reestablishing a Business

Non-governmental enterprises have been playing an active and impulsive role in development of socialist market economy, but with the development of market economy, they will have difficulties in further development as well as opportunities to reestablish a business. Of them financing has become the bottle-neck restricting further development. The solution is to require non-governmental enterprises, financial institutions and the government to make associated efforts to establish and perfect the financial system and the social trust system and promote financing with multiple channels, market-oriented operation, standardized means and rationalization of structure. As a result, the goal "reestablishing a business" will successfully be realized.
