| 摘 要： | 运用基于面板数据的随机前沿方法，对中国广东省21个地级以上市在2001—2006年间大中型工业企业科技活动的效率进行了测度，并将广东省划分为三大区域（珠江三角洲、粤东粤西两翼及粤北山区），对大中型工业企业科技活动效率的区域差异进行了研究。研究表明，广东省大中型工业企业科技活动的总平均效率为0.4015；在三大区域之间，珠江三角洲的效率最高，粤东粤西两翼的效率次之，粤北山区的效率最低。最后就如何提高广东省大中型工业企业科技活动的效率提出了相应的政策建议。
