| Abstract: | Creating harmonious campus is the precondition of schooling and instructor team with high quality is the main force of creating harmonious campus.However,the present status of instructor team cannot adapt to the need of the creating harmonious campus.Therefore,this thesis studies how to be strict with the entrance of instructors. |
