摘    要:宝鸡峡塬上总干98km塬边渠道位于宝鸡峡灌区最上游,肩负着下游300万亩农田灌溉、四座发电站和六座水库的引输水任务,渠身沿一百多米高的渭北原坡中部依势而行,所经之处险工险段密布、地质地形复杂,由于当初所建工程防汛系数较低,经过40多年的运行,工程设施老化十分严重,遇到阴雨极容易出现渗水、滑坡等现象,为其迎洪防汛带来了很大的困难,因此是灌区工程管理的关键。本文针对当前渠道防汛中存在的问题,分析了其中存在的主要问题和原因,有针对性地提出了应对措施。

Abstract:The 98km channel of Baojixia loess tableland is located in the upper reaches of Baojixia irrigation area,with the responsibility of irrigating massive farmlands in lower reaches,and diverting and conveying water of 4 hydropower stations and 6 reservoirs.The channel travels along the central loess tableland,through dangerous and complicated geological terrain.After 40 years’ operation,the project is severely damaged,and is prone to leakage and landslide in rainy days,so it is the key problem in irrigation area needs to be solved.The paper analyses the main problems and causes,and puts forward countermeasures.
