农村专家型教师的特征与培养途径探讨

摘    要:培养农村专家型教师是农村教育发展的需要。农村专家型教师应该具有扎根农村的教育理想,有农村特色的知识结构、娴熟的农村教育技巧、较强的农村教育研究能力。加强政策导向、创新教师管理、构建共同愿景、发挥榜样作用是培养农村专家型教师的有效途径。

Abstract:Training rural expert teachers is needed for rural education development.The expert teachers should have the ideal to work in rural areas,the knowledge structure with rural characteristics,the proficient rural education skills and strong rural education research ability.Strengthening policy guidance,innovating teachers’ management,building common prospect,and playing a model role are all effective methods to cultivate rural expert teachers.
