| 摘 要： | 本文从创新的角度，分析和探讨了在新形势下，如何加强和改进学校党支部工作，并提出了具体思路和实现的途径，即：在明确“着力点”的基础上，找准三个“结合点”，不断提高党支部战斗力，切实发挥好党支部战斗堡垒作用。

| Abstract: | The writers analyse and discuss, in the new period, how to strenthen and improve the work of the school's party branch,and bring up the concrete ways to realize from the innovatory angle, namely; continuously enhance the party branch fighting power and play the role of fortress based on the point of efforts and finding out the three combinative point. |
