高校足球运动损伤的调查分析

高校足球运动是高校众多体育活动中较为普及的一项运动 ,但也是发生运动性伤病的多发项目之一。通过对部分高校学生在足球活动中的损伤调查统计分析 ,在总发病率、伤病的种类、损伤的部位、损伤的季节以及场地、器材、着装、预防与保护等方面进行了分析讨论。同时为今后的教学、训练、课外活动以及提高全民健身的普及提供一定的理论基础

Investigation and Analysis of Sports Injuries in Footballers of Colleges and Universities

Football in Chinese colleges and universities is one of the more popularized events, but it is the event of multiple sports injury and disease. The injuries of part of students in colleges and universities in playing football were investigated and analyzed statistically. Analysis and discussion were made on the total morbidity, sorts of injury and disease, parts of injury, seasons to have injuries, sports field, equipment, clothing, prevention as well as protection. The purpose was to provide theoretical bases for teaching, training, physical activities after class in future and for the improvement of the popularization of the National Fitness Program.
