| 摘 要： | 科技因素、经济因素、文化因素和人口因素是影响高等教育质量的主要社会因素。科技发展从人才素质的要求方面,对高等学校教学内容、教学方式、教学管理等方面的质量产生影响;市场经济通过多种手段对高等教育质量产生影响;文化对高等教育质量的诸多方面产生作用;人口因素主要是从人口数量和人口质量两方面对高等教育质量产生影响。
