高校教师聘用制度研究

摘    要:目前高校教师聘用制度存在着教师队伍"近亲繁殖",重评轻聘、以评代聘,人才选拔程序不规范,考核失真,聘任缺乏法律保障等问题。完善我国高校教师聘用制度,应在遵循合法性、自主性、择优性等原则的基础上,拓宽教师的来源渠道,建立分类管理、分类考核机制,使聘用制度保持适度的流动性,建立有效的教师激励机制。

Abstract:The college appointment is characteristic of relative affinities,and more evaluation than admission.Hence,it is not standardized,and lack of legal basis.Countermeasures include broadening of the source of teachers,establishment of management,classification assessment in the appointment system of college teachers.
