| 摘 要： | 以人为本是管理学的重要概念,图书馆危机管理应该体现以人为本的管理思想。本文探讨了以人为本的图书馆危机管理所包含的内容,即对图书馆馆员的以人为本管理以及对图书馆读者的以人为本管理;同时研究了以人为本的图书馆危机管理必须处理好的两个基本关系。
