| 摘 要： | 通过对2006年全国女子散打锦标赛（团体）136名运动员比赛中摔法的运用情况进行统计，分析了摔法在此次全国女子散打锦标赛中的运用情况，并提出了相应的提高散打竞赛中摔法运用能力的对策，旨在为中国女子散打运动员的日常训练与比赛提供理论参考。

| Abstract: | Through analyzing the video of Sanshou competition of 136 female athletes who had participated in the Chinese National Female Sanshou Championship in 2006,the paper studies the application of wrestling technique and analyzes the factors which influence the success or failure of application.The paper aims to offer the theoretical and practical reference to promote the training of Wushu Sanshou in China. |
