| 摘 要： | 职业体能训练在警察院校体育教学中的应用,对于提升学生在职业岗位中的适应能力与胜任能力具有重要意义,为此,警察院校体育教学工作者需要重视将职业体能训练引入体育教学体系当中。该文在对警察院校开展职业体能训练的意义做出分析与论述的基础上,对警察院校职业体能训练开展策略进行了研究与探讨。希望借助以下研究和探讨能够从理论研究层面来为警察院校体育教学实效性的提升提供更多的借鉴意义。

| Abstract: | The application of vocational physical training in physical education teaching in police colleges is of great signif icance for improving students'adaptability and competence in vocational posts.Therefore,physical education teaching workers in police colleges need to pay attention to the introduction of vocational physical training into the physical education teaching system.Based on the analysis and discussion of the signif icance of carrying out vocational physical training in police colleges,this paper studies and discusses the strategy of carrying out vocational physical training in police colleges.It is hoped that the following research and discussion can provide more reference for the improvement of the effectiveness of physical education teaching in police colleges from the perspective of theoretical research. |
