摘    要:知识是人类在改造物质世界和精神世界过程中创造出来的一系列智力成果的结晶。教育活动是一种以知识的授受为载体和内容,以培养社会所需要的人为目的,教育者和受教育者之间相互作用的社会实践活动。教育发展规律背后深藏着知识发展的逻辑,知识决定着教育事业的产生与发展,也决定着教育的内容、形式和演化路径。默会知识理论和三重节奏循环理论加深了我们对知识和教育关系的认识。人类的智力、知识和教育三者的良性互动,形成了一种人类在社会实践基础上的自催化、正反馈的螺旋式上升进化路径。

On the Relationship between Knowledge and Education

Abstract:Knowledge is the crystallization of a series of intellectual achievements created by human beings in the process of transforming the material world and the spiritual world.Educational activity is a kind of social practice activity,which takes the imparting and receiving of knowledge as the carrier and aims at cultivating human beings.Behind the law of educational development lies the logic of knowledge development.Knowledge determines the generation and development of education,as well as the content,form and evolution path of education.Tacit knowledge theory and triple rhythm cycle theory deepen our understanding of the relationship between knowledge and education.The positive interaction among human cognitive level,knowledge and education forms an evolutionary path of self-catalysis and positive feedback based on social practice.
