| 摘 要： | 高等教育成本分担是世界各国通行的教育政策,我国自全面推行这一政策以来,已建立起了多元化的贫困大学生资助体系,但离公平的理想和现实的需求仍有很大差距.当前高校贫困生资助体系中存在的问题,需要通过完善贫困大学生认定程序、完善经济援助、增设学业援助、创建和谐环境等路径来解决.

| Abstract: | The cost partaking policy of higher education is vancement of the policy, we have constructed a multi-diversion the current practice throughout the world. Since the adsponsor system for college students with financial difficulties. But there are disparity to the idea of justice and the practical demand. The problems can only be solved by perfecting the sponsor system, adding school work assistance and establishing a harmonious circumstance. |
