| 摘 要： | 不连续性技术创新对竞争优势的提升以及企业网络能力对新资源的获得与整合已成为不争的事实。本文认为,不连续性技术创新战略选择是实施不连续性技术创新的前提;技术扫描是不连续性技术创新的关键环节;企业网络能力通过企业社会资本影响技术扫描,技术扫描通过网络的变化影响企业网络能力;战略选择包括获得新技术能力的策略和技术轨道跃迁时机选择;企业网络能力直接影响获得新技术能力的策略,间接地通过企业社会资本影响技术轨道跃迁时机选择;战略选择通过网略的变化影响企业网略能力。
