CUBA品牌运营现状及科学发展对策研究

摘    要:通过对CUBA品牌运行要素及外部环境的系统分析,提出了CUBA品牌科学发展对策。(1)以科学发展观,确立CUBA品牌科学发展的指导思想。(2)按照指导思想,确定CUBA品牌的科学发展目标。(3)以系统目标为核心,建立CUBA品牌的开放系统。(4)深化改革,创建CUBA品牌科学发展的特色管理体制与运行机制。(5)以国家政策法规为指导,建立CUBA品牌科学发展的法制规章制度。

Abstract:In order to establish the brand of universities cultivating college talented basketball players in our country, through systematic analysis of the CUBA brand feasibility, the factors and the external environment, this article proposes the countermeasure of the CUBA brand scientific development. 1 ) the guiding principle of the CUBA brand scientific development is the scientific development viewpoint. 2) the guiding principle determines the CUBA brand scientific development targets. 3 ) to take the system targets as the core and establish open system of the CUBA brand. 4 ) to deepen the reform and establish characteristic management system and operational mechanism of the CUBA brand scientific development. 5 ) to take the national policy and laws as the guideline and establish the legal rules and regulations of the CUBA brand scientific development.
