| 摘 要： | 我国现有的社会体育指导员制度包括《社会体育指导员技术等级制度》和《社会体育指导员国家职业标准》两个部分。两者各有作用和价值 ,既有联系又有其自身的目的和发展方向。构建中国社会体育指导员制度体系 ,有利于加大对社会体育指导员队伍建设的资金投入 ,加强社会体育指导员的培养力度。目前 ,建立中国社会体育指导员协会的条件基本成熟。

| Abstract: | Our existing social sports instructor system include s two parts,system and criterion.System and criterion has it's own function and value.It interrela tes each other as well as respective developing purpose and direction.Constructi ng China social sports instructor system can benefit to incre ase the fund investment for social sports constructor recruitment,enhance the ab ility of social sports instructor training.The condition of establishing China s ocial sports instructor association tends to ripe. |
