| 摘 要： | 17世纪前,日耳曼地区的档案工作由于缺少标准规范的统一管理,文档真实性受到了严重的损害。在这种情况下,日耳曼地区的学者围绕"档案权"概念进行了一系列研究,并在此过程中第一次提出了集中式档案管理体制的构想。在"档案权"概念的影响下日耳曼地区也在欧洲近代历史上第一次建立起了集中式的档案管理体制。梳理"档案权"概念提出的历史背景及其内涵与影响,并从文档真实性问题的角度对"档案权"概念与古文献学进行对比分析,进一步讨论"档案权"概念特殊的历史合理性。

| Abstract: | The autonomy of provincial archives undermined intensely the credibility of records in a general sense before 17th century,for which German scholars launched the study of archivistic right.With tackling the problem of credibility,the German sovereignty was gradually involved in archives management and thus,the bureaucratic supervision of archives was initially established in European history. |
