| 摘 要： | 许多散手运动员在平常的训练中对技术掌握得很好,但在比赛中却发挥不出应有的技术水平.原因是多方面的,其心理素质欠缺是非常重要的因素.本文对散手运动员的心理及训练进行了初步探讨,以期能对提高散手运动水平有所帮助.
