浅谈宋代“教法格”

＂教法格＂出现于宋代,是军事人才选拔、军事兵器规定,军队训练规章,将领晋升等统一明确的制度,该制度规范、系统地促进了军事训练的完善和战士的武艺的提高,深刻影响了民间武艺的发展。《武经总要》、《武经七书》、《教法格并图像》、《武举条例》、《在京校试诸军技艺格》等武学书籍以及军事制度都可统称为教法格。文章运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法、案例分析法等研究方法,在介绍教法格形成背景的同时,分析出教法格对后世武术发展的巨大影响,从而对宋朝的武术发展有更为清晰的认识。

＂Military Training Methods＂ appeared in the Song Dynasty, is the military personnel selection, military weapons, army training regulations, general promotion unified system, such as the system specification, system to promote the perfection of the military training and improvement of soldier＇s martial arts, deeply influenced the development of folk Wushu. The Wushu Bible, Seven Chapters of Wushu, Miltary Training Methods and Pictures, Military Officer Choosing Regulation, Military Skills Test in Capital and so on, these ancient military martial arts books are regarded as Military Training Methods. This article through the methods of literature, logical analysis, case analysis and other research methods, introduces the teaching methods, form a background at the same time, analyzes the impact of these military training methods and development, have a more clear understanding to the Song Dynasty History of Wushu.
