| Abstract: | It is both the need of educational development and the requirement of the overall construction of a well off society to have introspection of the educational principles dominating educational practice, find out the bottleneck restricting educational development and cultivate educational ideas adaptable to the future society. The author elaborates and analyzes the necessity for building a "land of learning", cultivating the "sense of educational solicitude", adhering to the principle of "emphasis on people" and improving "educational quality". |
