| 摘 要： | 结合高技术特点,深入分析了对高技术虚拟企业(High-tech virtual enterprise,HTVE)具有重要影响作用的风险因素.在此基础上,利用解析结构模型(Interpretative Structural Modeling,ISM)对HTVE风险因素之间的相互影响关系进行了描述与研究,得到了HTVE风险解析结构模型.通过对HTVE风险的ISM进行分析可知,知识风险、资金风险和市场风险是影响HTVE的3个主要风险因素.从而,可以有针对性地制定相应的风险控制策略,降低HTVE的风险,为HTVE的风险管理提供了理论依据和分析手段.

| Abstract: | Based on the characteristics of high-tech, the paper thoroughly analyzes the risk factors which significantly influence the High-tech virtual enterprises.
