| 摘 要： | 十一届三中全会提出“必须加强社会主义法制”,拉开了我国法制建设的序幕,回顾我国改革开放30年教育法制建设的发展历程,可以划分为四个阶段：初创阶段,奠基阶段,构架阶段和完善阶段。30年来的教育法制建设,成绩是显著的,主要体现在教育立法方面,已经建立起比较完善的教育法律体系框架,教育的各个领域和各类教育活动基本实现“有法可依”。但教育法律的实施和公民自觉守法意识的培养还有待于进一步加强。
