媒介融合背景下的版权保护策略--基于混合策略纳什均衡博弈理论

基于博弈理论，建立以国家、版权企业和侵权盗版者三者为利益主体的博弈模型，并分析其两两之间的博弈关系及均衡情况，在对博弈结果分析的基础上提出加大处罚、打击侵权盗版，联合维权、降低维权成本，加强宣传、提高全民版权意识，完善法律、修订“技术中立”原则等版权保护策略。

On Copyright Protection Strategyin the Context of Media Convergence

The paper applies the principles of game theory to establish a game model which includes the state, the copyright enterprises and the pirates,and makes some analysis on the relationships and equilibriums among them. On the basis of the outcome,some strategies of copyright protection are given out,such as intensifying the campaign against pirating activities,uniting the anti-privacy organizations to safeguard the rights and interests and reduce the costs on it,giving wide publicity to raise the copyright awareness, improving the legal system, and revising the provision of technology neutrality .
