| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料法和逻辑分析法阐述了快乐体育的涵义 ;客观地分析了快乐体育在我国体育教学改革中的积极意义 ;要实现快乐体育必须在实际教学中改革体育教学思想、目标和体育教学的内容、组织、方法等 ,提倡学生主动和愉快地学习。

| Abstract: | This article expounded the meaning of happy sports by using the methods of document, logic, analyzed positive role it is playing in the reform of P.E teaching in china. To realize happy sports, we must reform theory of physical education, goal, content, make up etc in actual physical education. And a happy environment should be provided. |
