摘    要:在通识教育已为全球高等教育普遍接受的背景下,公选课已逐渐成为我国高校课程体系中的一个重要组成部分,但目前公选课在我国高校的整体教学活动中仍是一个相对薄弱的环节。只有从教育理念、教学评价、教学管理等方面具体分析当前公选课运行中的症结,以通识教育理念及课程教学论为指导,解决公选课管理中存在的数量相对不足、学生课程权力缺失、盲目选课、功利选课、质量监控以及教师激励机制等诸多问题,才能使其真正发挥作用并成为高校素质教育的重要阵地。

Abstract:As general education has been globally accepted by tertiary education,optional courses have become an important part in course system of college in China. However,optional course is still a loophole in teaching activities in our colleges by now.Only the crux in current operation of optional course is tapped in detail from such aspects as idea of education,teaching evaluation,teaching management,and a number of problems as insufficient course- supply,course- power missing from the students,aimless and utilitarian course- taking,quality control as well as incentives for the teachers in the management of optional course are solved by taking the idea of general education and curriculum- teaching theory as a guide,optional courses would play a real part and become an important front for quality education in college.
