| 摘 要： | 本文着眼于新时期高校学生事务人本发展理念,借鉴与吸收国际高校学生事务的经验与特色,对高校学生事务的内涵、学生事务专业化的内涵及特征进行定义,通过对当前国内高校学生事务的梳理、审视和反思,定位与认识高校学生事务,探寻高校学生事务专业化实践模式的理论创新和运行机制构建。
