运动对高血压大鼠ADM影响的研究

摘    要:研究运动对高血压大鼠ADM的影响,将雄性SHR随机分为两组,即安静对照组(8只)和运动组(9只),运动组SHR进行为期10周游泳运动。结果:运动组SHR体重增长趋势明显低于对照组,运动组SHR安静血压较实验前显著降低,而对照组SHR安静血压较实验前显著升高;运动组SHR血浆ADM含量与对照组相比显著性增加。提示:长期规律运动可以增加SHR血浆ADM含量,进而舒张血管,降低血压。

Abstract:The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of exercise on plasma ADM in SHR.Male spontaneously hypertensive rats (SHR) were divided into two groups randomly: control group (8 SHR) and exercise group (9 SHR).Exercise group were trained with swimming for 10 weeks.The result shows that the resting blood pressure was significantly decreased in exercise group while it was significantly increased in control group compared with that of pre-experiment.The extent of the body weight of exercise group puts on decreases followed by ages compared with the control group.Compared with control group,plasma ADM concentration was significantly increased in exercise group.It suggested that long-term exercise can inhibit the increase of blood pressure in hypertension by improving plasma ADM level.
