| Abstract: | This article reviews and summarizes the arrangement for Liu Xiangs training and competition.It elaborates the authors experience in working out a training programme with a clear aim and correctlyhandling the relations between training and competition. And Liu Xiangs training achieved anticipatedresults. The junior world record of 110m hurdle race was broken. |
