关于当代大学生需要发展的调查研究

需要是人活动的基本动力。目前大学生的基本需要可分为21种，其中强度最大的四位需要依次是友情的需要、求知的需要、自立的需要和心理素质的需要，这表明大学生的总体需要结构是积极健康的；强度最弱的四位需要依次是权力的需要、性的需要、奉献的需要和助人的需要，大学生需要发展的社会性弱化应引起教育者的高度重视。大学生的需要发展还存在着一定的年级差异和性别差异。因此，大学生思想政治教育应具有针对性。

On the Investigation of the Needs for Development of the Present-Age College Students

Needs are people's basic motive force. The basic needs of the present-day college students can be classified into 21 different types. Among them four needs can top the list. They are: the need for friendship, the need for seeking knowledge, the need for rising in the world, and the need for psychological diathesis. This shows that the general needs are positive and sound. The least intensive needs are those: the need for power, the need for sex, the need for offering, and the need for helping others. Besides, there are some differences in grades and sexes. Therefore, what ideological instruction is aimed at should be carried out properly.
