校企合作引厂入校模式的探索与实践

校企合作、工学结合的人才培养模式是高职专业建设、课程建设的关键.本着校企自愿、风险共担、优势互补、利益共享的原则,石家庄职业技术学院引入石家庄市新华区东胜电子设备厂,构建了引厂入校,共建实训基地的合作方式.探讨了这种校企业合作模式下实训教学的组织形式、实训环境建设和实训教材建设,对存在的问题进行了分析并提出了相应的改进措施.

Enterprise in school as a mode of school-enterprise cooperation

The school-enterprise cooperation of working with learning is a key to the construction of higher vocational education.On the basis of mutual benefit and complementary advantages,Shijiazhuang Dongsheng Electronic Equipment Plant is joined into Shijiazhuang Vocational Technology Institue,and training bases are set up.The organization of the teaching,training environment and materials are discussed in the paper.
