| 摘 要： | 通过对江苏省体育教师综合能力评价现状的调查,发现存在着体育教育管理部门不重视、评价指标不全面、评价方式过于主观等问题,并对这些问题进行分析,力求为建立完善的体育教师综合能力评价提供依据,从而促进体育教育改革。
