| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料和问卷调查等方法,对湖南省12所普通高校的女生体育教师队伍现状进行分析后,我们可以得出以下结论:必须从战略高度重视女生体育教师队伍建设,构建人本主义现代体育教育观,科学地整合教育资源,充分调动两个积极性,提高在校学生的身心素质,最终促进社会主义文明建设的和谐发展。

| Abstract: | By using the methods of documentary and questionaire,this paper probes into the construction condition of physical education teaching staff for female students in colleges and universities of Hunan province.The author suggests that we should attach importance to the construction of physical education teaching staff for female students,create humanistic view of modern sports education,make use of educational resources scientifically,transfer two activities adequately,improve the students' psychosomatic qualities,and promote the construction of civilization and harmonious development of socialism. |
