云南省耕地资源危机及其对策初探

A PRELIMINARY APPROACH TO THE CRISIS OF ARABLE LAND RESOURCES AND ITS COUNTERMEASURES IN YUNNAN PROVINCE

nadequate arable land resources, poor land quality and increasingly sharpman-land conflict has become a great obstacle to the agricultural production andsocio-economic development in Yunnan Province. On the basis of thorough examination of the crucial situation, the study aims to identify proper countermeasures to the solution of the existing crisis in arable land resources for the purpose of providing scientific basis for local authorities and department concernedin decision making, strategic policy formulation and planning.
