欧洲公共文化服务与建设及其对我国的启示--以英国和荷兰为例

本文重点选取了在公共文化服务与建设中具有代表性的英国和荷兰两个欧洲国家，对两个国家文化管理体制、文化资助体制、管理措施以及文化立法等方面进行了全面梳理和介绍。同时借鉴欧洲国家公共文化发展与建设的成功经验和做法，对我国公共文化服务体系建设提出了一些具体建议，为推动我国公共文化服务体系建设提供参考。

The Inspiration of the European Public Cultural Sevice and Construction---The Case for UK & Netherland

This article chose UK&Netherland as the models of the European countries in the public cultural sevice and construction, introducing their cultural administrative system, cultural funding system, management measures and cultural legislation. At the same time, by learn from European successful experiences and methods in public cultural development and contruction, the article also represent some advice and provides references to China’s public cultural sevice system construction.
