| 摘 要： | 通过对高校教师知识资源积累管理现状的分析，针对一些教师存储的知识资源分类不尽科学和不易再利用等问题，设计并实现了知识资源管理系统．该系统通过分类存储和检索等方式，使知识管理系统化，条理化，并能有效地实现知识资源共享，促进知识资源利用和知识创新．

| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of the present situations of college teachers＇ knowledge resources management, the knowledge resource management system is excogitated to cope with problems that the storage and classification of college teachers＇ knowledge resources are not scientific and convenient to re-utilize. This system, through the methods of classified storage and index, systemizes and regularizes the knowledge management system, and can help effectively realize sharing, further utilization and innovation of knowledge. |
