运动与谷氨酰胺代谢

摘    要:谷氨酰胺在免疫细胞中的利用率相当高,是这些细胞的重要底物。血浆中谷氨酰胺含量一旦降低,就会使免疫功能受到损害,短时间疾跑能使血浆谷氨酰胺含量增加,而长时间大强度运动后以及过渡训练则使之含量下降。本文综述了谷氨酰胺的作用以及运动与谷氨酰胺的关系。

Abstract:Glutamine is utilized at a very high rate by some cells of the immune system (including lymphocytes and macrophages) and is considered to be an important tuel for these cells. A decrease in plasma glutamine concentration could cause an impairment of immune function. The concentration of glutamine in plasma will increase after a short sprint, but decrease after overtraining and long duration exercise. This article reviewed the effects of glutamine and the relationship between exercise and glutamine.
