| 摘 要： | 针对竞争合作组织--战略联盟的竞合关系,综合以往研究的结果对联盟内部企业的竞舍关系进行深入分析.在此基础上,分别从竞争强度和合作强度入手,提出反映联盟企业竞合关系的二维模型以及战略联盟内部企业竞合关系进行有效评估的衡量指标.

| Abstract: | The paper starts with the alliance nature of combining cooperation and competition simultaneously and analyzes the intensity of competition and cooperation between alliance members, then constructs a two-dimension model of intensity of coopetition on the basis of previous research. A series of intensity indicators of coopetition is also developed in the paper. |
