| Abstract: | Using the method of questionnaires and employing MBI-HSS scale for data analysis, job burnout among full-time counselors in Fujian College of Water Conservancy and Electric Power is studied; the status, features and contributing factors of job burnout among full-time counselors are probed into. Effective ways to ease job burnout and professional stress among full-time counselors in vocational colleges are put forwards. |
